Extensions came, color was off

I purchased some blonde hair extensions from Hot Hair recently. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted quickly. Delivery was average, took about five days to get to me. The quality of the extensions seemed decent for the price I paid, they felt soft enough. However, the color match wasn't as perfect as I'd hoped, a bit lighter than my actual hair even though I used their guide. It's not a huge difference, so I can probably make it work, but it was a little disappointing. The packaging was good and everything arrived safely. I'd consider buying from them again, but I'd be more careful with the color selection next time.

Returns were easy for me when a colour wasn't quite right. Just make sure you don't wear it or mess with the packaging too much.

I think as long as it's not been worn or altered, you can send it back. They're pretty good with returns for non-matching colours, just check their site for the exact details, I think there's a timeframe.

From my experience, most places like this only let you use one deal at a time. Clearance is usually excluded from extra discounts too, afaik.

I got a heat-friendly one a while back, but you still need to be careful with the heat settings. Start low. It's usually mentioned clearly if it can take heat.
